Choir members
We hold your contact information in order to process your choir subs and to keep our financial records.  We review the data we hold every two years.  We use your email address to send you vital information about the choir including repertoire, dates and venues. We will also use it to tell you about social activities including picnics, trips and quizzes if you have given us consent.  We will not use your information for any other purpose and will not share it with any third parties.

Audiences and Supporters
We will hold your data to tell you about upcoming performances etc.  Again, we will not use it for any other purpose and will not share it with any third parties.
